“Lucille” -Thanksgiving Cactus
Propagated from the original mother ‘Thanksgiving Cactus’ in Spring 2025. Added in a second stem in late 2025.
“Angela” -Zebra Haworthia
Received as a gift at Katie’s Wedding shower in 2019. It has absolutely outgrown its pot, and has fostered many generations of spiders. To my horror.

“Penny” -Zebra Haworthia
Probably a pup off of one of my thesis plants during my final year at OCAD in 2012. It’s the last Zebra Haworthia I have, after making many trades with Cumin while living in North York. It has also fostered many spider eggs over the years. Ugh.
March 2026
“Mimosa” -Zebra Haworthia
March 2026 -Growing slowly. Hasn’t yet filled the pot. May repot.

String of Hearts
Part of a birthday gift from Katie in 2025. It was a very small little string of hearts that barely reached past the bottom of the pot. Despite trying to give it lots of light, the strands have grown very long and leggy. They’ve grown double strands everywhere I’ve trimmed them, but won’t grow denser.
September 2025 -Currently measures 40” long with 3 strands.
March 2026 -Has started to grow blooms.
March 2026
“sabriel” -string of hearts
Propagated off the original String of Hearts plant in late 2025.
March 2026 - Doing well, has started getting good growth.

March 2026
String of Turtles
Part of a birthday present from Katie in 2025. It has grown a little, but has spent most of its time and energy on growing flower spikes.
March 2026 -The strings have gotten longer, but a lot have fallen off. Either from inconsistent watering, or from how unusually cold it’s been this winter.
Donkey Tail
After years of searching for a small donkey’s tail that I could afford, I found this beauty. Purchased in 2024. It started with four small branches, and grew longer and divided with time.
September 2025
March 2026
“Ziggy” -Donkey Tail
A propagation off of the larger mother plant. The mother plant was dropping a lot of leaves from the base of the stem, so I cut it off to try and make a fuller looking, younger plant.
March 2026 -Has grown much longer, but lost a few petals at the top. Probably a bit too dry.
September 2025
“Krissy” -Haworthia retusa
Probably a pup off of a pup, off of a pup of one of my thesis plants during my final year at OCAD in 2012.
