Kaimuki Hoya

Purchased from the Southern Ontario Orchid Show in February 2025. Didn’t grow any leaves until July. Seems to be growing 2 leaves per month when active.

March 2026 -Has grown a ridiculously long runner.

June 2026 -The runner has started to grow leaves and fill in a bit.

Speckled Hoya

Found at Home Depot in June 2025. Started growing stems quickly, but didn’t have much leaf growth.

March 2026 -Has put out a very long runner.

June 2026 -The long runner has wrapped around an orchid spike, and is now starting to put out leaves.

“Hindu Rope plant” -Hoya carnosa 'Compacta’

Found at Woodhill Garden Centre in North York in late Winter/ early Spring 2025. I’d been looking for this plant for a while, and was very excited to find it.

June 2026 -Putting out 2 longish runners instead of just growing leaves.
